DHT22 Humidity and Temperature Sensor
The DHT22 (also known by RHT-03) is a low cost humidity and temperature sensor with a single wire digital interface. The sensor is calibrated and doesn t require extra components so you can get right to measuring relative humidity and temperature.

DS18B20 Waterproof Temperature Sensor (-55 to 125 Degree C)
This is a waterproofed version of the DS18B20 temperature sensor. Handy for when you need to measure the temperature of wet conditions. While the sensor is good up to 125 degree, the cable is jacketed in PVC so we suggest keeping it under 100 degree. Since the DS18B20 operates in digital signals, you will not get any signal degradation even over long distances! The DS18B20 provides 9 to 12-bit (configurable) temperature readings over the 1 wire interface.

DS18B20 Waterproof Temperature Sensor with Digital Display
The DS18B20 is a 1 wire digital temperature sensor that has a measuring range from -55 to +125C. This model comes with a 4 digit digital display which outputs the temperature. The temperature sensor is jacketed with a PVC material making it water resistance.

MCP9808 Temperature Sensor (-40 to 125 Degree C)
This I2C digital temperature sensor is one of the more accurate/precise we’ve ever seen, with a typical accuracy of 0.25 Degree C over the sensor’s -40 Degree C to +125 Degree C range and precision of +0.0625 Degree C. They work great with any microcontroller using standard i2c. There are 3 address pins so you can connect up to 8 to a single I2C bus without address collisions. Best of all, a wide voltage range makes is usable with 2.7V to 5.5V logic!

TMP006 IR Non-Contact Temperature Sensor (40 Degree C to +125 Degree C)
Unlike all the other temperature sensors we have, this breakout has a really cool IR sensor from TI that can measure the temperature of an object without touching it! Simply point the sensor towards what you want to measure and it will detect the temperature by absorbing IR waves emitted. The embedded thermopile sensor generates a very very small voltage depending on how much IR there is, and using some math, that micro voltage can be used to calculate the temperature. It also takes the measurement over an area so it can be handy for determining the average temperature of something.

Type K Thermocouple & Amplifier Set
This Type K Thermocouple & Amplifier set uses the MAX6675 amplifier chip to compensate and digitize the output from the type-K thermocouple. The data is then turned into a 12 bit SPI interface making it suitable with most microcontrollers. This sensor can measure up to +1024 Degree C with accuracy of 8LSB.

TP01 Type K Thermocouple
The TP-01 thermocouple is a type-k insulated high precision temperature probe. This thermocouple can be used to measure temperature of solid and air matters. It is a point-like probe housed in a stainless steel tube and with a connector at one end. This thermocouple can measure up to 500 degree C.

Type K Thermocouple
Thermocouples are best used for measuring temperatures that can go above 100 Degree C. This is a bare wires bead-probe which can measure air or surface temperatures. Most inexpensive thermocouples have a vinyl covering which can melt at around 200 Degree C, this one uses a fiberglass braid so it can be used in high temperature measurements such as heaters and ovens. There’s a small piece of heat shrink on the end to keep the fiberglass from fraying. If you’re using at >250 Degree C temperatures, simply remove it with a small blade.

MAX31855 Type K Thermocouple Amplifier
Thermocouples are very sensitive, requiring a good amplifier with a cold-compensation reference. The MAX31855K does everything for you, and can be easily interfaced with any microcontroller, even one without an analog input. This breakout board has the chip itself, a 3.3V regulator with 10uF bypass capacitors and level shifting circuitry, all assembled and tested. Comes with a 2 pin terminal block (for connecting to the thermocouple) and pin header (to plug into any breadboard or perfboard).

Detecting temperature changes has never been easier. The MCP9700 is a small thermistor type temperature sensor. This sensor will output 0.5V at 0 degrees C, 0.75V at 25 C, and 10mV per degree C. Doing an analog to digital conversion on the signal line will allow you to establish the local ambient temperature. Detect physical touch based on body heat and ambient conditions with this small sensor.
