This Type K Thermocouple & Amplifier set uses the MAX6675 amplifier chip to compensate and digitize the output from the type-K thermocouple. The data is then turned into a 12 bit SPI interface making it suitable with most microcontrollers. This sensor can measure up to +1024 Degree C with accuracy of 8LSB.
