Shipping & Return Policy
Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days. We do not have access to shipping services during weekends and holidays. Please allow addition processing time when ordering from those days.
Once your order is shipped we will send you an email with any available tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
We are not able to refund any shipping fees once the package is shipped. Shipping guarantee is suspended if delays are caused by bad weather or other disasters.
In Store Pick Up
Orders are generally ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. You can visit our Store Locations page for more information on business hours and locations. We will send you an email confirmation once your order is ready for pick up. When picking up your order, we will need one piece of government issued photo ID or a copy of the invoice to verify the order.
Returns & Exchanges
Orders that have not been shipped are eligible for a full refund. Once the order is shipped we are not able to return any associated shipping fees. We do not accept returns for any opened or used products. We do not accept returns for electrostatic-sensitive products or products containing electrostatic-sensitive parts. Electrosatic-sensitive parts includes diodes, integrated circuits (ICs) and transistors.
All eligible products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returning products can be shipped back to us or dropped off at any of our stores. Customers may use any shipping method for the return and are responsible for any shipping fees.
